Protein Bar with California Raisins, Nuts and Honey

 1 cup California Raisins
 230 g Oatmeal
 50 g Walnuts
 30 g Peanuts
 113 ml Honey
 56 g Unsalted Butter
 50 g Brown Sugar
 Vanilla Extract
 50 g Dark Chocolate Chips
 ¼ tsp Salt

Toast oats and nuts in an oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes.

In a pan, combine honey, butter and brown sugar, salt and vanilla extract at medium heat until butter has melted.

Combine the toasted oats and nuts with the honey-butter mix.

Fold in the California Raisins and dark chocolate chips.

Line a rectangle pan with aluminum foil.

Pour in the oat mix and flatten the mixture using a spatula or spoon.

Place the pan into a chiller and allow it to set.

Cut into protein bar sizes and serve.
