Baked Mushrooms stuffed with California Raisins and Chorizo

 80 g California Raisins
 Cumin
 Cinnamon
 Nutmeg
 Paprika
 All-spice
 30 g Chorizo de Bilbao
 Parsley
 4 pcs King Oyster Mushrooms
 250 g Ground Pork
 15 ml Oil
 10 g Garlic
 30 g Onions
Mushroom Preparation

Cut mushrooms in half.

Scoop out the mushroom flesh in the middle. Set aside.

Stuffing Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Saute mixture in a pan until the ground pork is cooked. Season to taste. Set aside.

Method

Stuff mushrooms with the California Raisin mix.

Bake in an oven at 200°C for 10 to 12 minutes and serve.
