Cut mushrooms in half.
Scoop out the mushroom flesh in the middle. Set aside.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Saute mixture in a pan until the ground pork is cooked. Season to taste. Set aside.
Stuff mushrooms with the California Raisin mix.
Bake in an oven at 200°C for 10 to 12 minutes and serve.
