 ¼ cup California Raisin Puree
 2 tsp fresh calamansi juice or lemon juice
 1 cup cold water
 Ice cubes
California Raisin Puree
 100 g California Raisins
 2 cups water
 3 cups sugar
1

In a saucepan, mix water and sugar. Bring to a boil for one minute then lower the heat. Add raisins and poach for 5 minutes. Cool and whiz in a blender.
