Ingredients for Green tea Raisin Microwave Sponge
Ingredients A:
85 g Sugar
190 g Milk
110 g Oil
20 g Egg yolks
105 g Plain flour
8 g Baking powder
5 g Salt
10 g Green tea powder
Green coloring
Ingredients B:
105 g Egg whites
85 g sugar
Ingredients C:
200 g Egg whites (5 nos.)
150 g California Raisin
Method

Whisk all the A ingredients until smooth.

Whip the B ingredients together and fold into the egg mixture.

Whisk the egg whites, fold lightly into the yolk mixture.

Pipe into baking cups. Sprinkle the California Raisins over the mixture.

Microwave for about 1 minute.
