Chia Pudding with California Raisins, Mango and Coconut

 1 cup California Raisins
 Vanilla Extract
 Cinnamon
 4 tbsp Chia Seeds
 2 cups Coconut Milk
 1 cup Water
 Pandan Leaves
 1 cup Sugar
 4 tsp Honey
 4 tbsp Dessicated Coconut, toasted
 200 g Mango

Prepare 4 jars with lids.

Mix all the ingredients and pour the mixture into the jars.

Cover and chill for 6 hours or overnight.

Top with more California Raisins, diced mangoes and dessicated coconut before serving.
