 12 pcs Scallops (U10, roe-off)
 1 tsp Curry Powder
 1 tsp Salt
California Raisin-Caper Marmalade
 150 g California Raisins
 50 g Capers, drained
 50 g Orange Segments
 70 g White Sugar

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

Transfer into a blender and blend the ingredients into a coarse paste.

Sear scallops for 1 minute and 30 seconds on each side.

Remove from heat and drain on paper towels.

Serve scallops with the California Raisin-Caper Marmalade.
