58 g California Raisins
1 (Approximately 120 g) Frozen Banana
4 g Pure Vanilla Extract
250 g Non-dairy Milk
A pinch Pink Himalayan Salt
METHOD

Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Peel, chop and freeze the banana ahead of time.

California Raisins can be conditioned by covering them in hot water for 30 seconds. Drain and set aside for 30 minutes.
